The Rates

Registration fee €. 250,00
Furnished stand €. 70,00/mq
Outside area – ( minimum bare space 40 mq.) €. 25,00/mq
Bookings until the 30/11/2008 discount of 20%.

The registration fee includes:
Supervised parking, cleaning of stand, 1kw mains electricity, exhibitor name tags, invitation cards, inclusion of data in exhibitor catalogue .
VAT tax is not included in the prices

Original copies of the application forms must be sent to the Messina Trade Fair, fully filled out and signed, together with the advance deposit amounting to 20% of the total amount + VAT, and your VAT number. Applications received by 30 November 2008, together with the advance deposit as mentioned above, will be entitled to the discounted rate, as specified in the application form. Such discount rates are available for new an previous exhibitors.

Applications lacking the necessary part payments will not be accepted.

Exhibition Space

  • Covered exhibition space mq. 10.000
  • Outside exhibition space mq. 15.000
  • Warehouse and depot space in the pavilion mq. 3.000
  • Parking mq.10.000
The stands will be fitted out with dividing panels, carpet, 2 spotlights, a mains socket, a desk, three chairs, a company identification plaque, a coat-stand and a waste paper basket
